      Guest & User Data

      How to access, view, and Download Guest User Data.

      This article describes how to access and download the information of users and guests collected by IronWiFi.

      1. Login to your IronWiFi Account. 
      2. On the home page, on the left side navigation menu click USERS.

      3. To see details of users with permanent credentials click USERS at the top of the page. To see details of your guests with temporary credentials click Guests at the top of the page.

      4. To see additional users details click on the user name.

      5. To download a list of Guests or Users information, click the CSV link in the bottom right hand corner. Step4

      Additionally, if you are using a CRM such as Hubspot or Mailchimp, you can activate our integration with them and this information will automatically be sent to your CRM when a guest authenticates on your network.
